Open Studio Hours

Open Studio Hours are open to All ACE Members and Students.

ACE Members and Students are welcome to join fellow art enthusiasts for a monthly Open Studio on the first Thursday of each month from 2:00–4:30pm in the ACE classroom.  You can meet and talk to other local artists, listen to art talks, work on your own projects, and experience hands-on creativity and demos that will let you discover different mediums.

The first meeting will be held on Thursday, April 2. Artist members, Christine Sniadach and Karen Hughes, will co-facilitate.

There will be other artist members who will facilitate and provide demos or discussions each month on various topics that will be announced in our newsletters.

Attendees are invited to bring projects they are currently working on. There is no instructor, however, facilitators will keep track of who signed up for each session and will create a congenial and welcoming atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to walk around to see what everyone else is doing and to feel free to ask one another for suggestions.

Open Studio is a free perk for all ACE Members. Non-members can attend for a fee of $10. Active Students enrolled in an ACE class can attend one session for free.  If they would like to continue to attend, they have to become members or pay $10 per session (cash, check, or credit card on the day).
